This notice explains how Jhec Barnes, an independent affiliate of WCA Travel, handles the personal information you share through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
When you send an inquiry, I collect what you type into the form: your name, email, mobile number or Messenger name, city, and what you're interested in.
Only to reply to your inquiry about booking travel or becoming a WCA Travel affiliate. I won't use it for anything else, and I will never sell it.
Only me. Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only I can open. If you go ahead with a booking or with joining as an affiliate, the details needed for that are shared with WCA Travel to complete it.
For as long as needed to answer your inquiry and follow up, and no longer than two years. After that it is deleted.
